Want to try out an athletic meal and see what it's like? You have a 4oz protein option and a 7oz protein option. The meal comes with 30g of complex carbs (choices of sweet potato, red potato, quinoa, and rice) and a vegetable. Common protein choices are shredded chicken, grilled chicken, ground turkey, ground beef and pork. If there are foods you do not wish to have, please note them in the comments at check out.

Need help learning how to meal prep? Choose your level: Beginner- Very basic, learn about basic vegetables, meats, and carbohydrates Moderate- You have a handles on cooking, but not quite sure how to plan for your entire week Advanced- this gets into recipes, the more advanced, the more intricate the recipe. Learn how to convert recipes to a healthier or paleo version.
After you order the class, one of our team members will call you to touch base and schedule the class. You will keep the food you prepare in class. Please allot about 2 hours for each class.

Need a serious jump start to your nutrition? Check it out. Price includes a first time consultation to get the specifics of what you need, your meal prep level, and create a weekly menu based on you and your families preferences. From there we will schedule a 4 hour block of time that we will shop together, then return to your kitchen and prep your menu. This hands on training allows you to organize your prep and not waste your day. For the next 3 weeks, you will get weekly newsletters to further your prepping education.
