Choose your level: Beginner- Very basic, learn about basic vegetables, meats, and carbohydrates Moderate- You have a handles on cooking, but not quite sure how to plan for your entire week Advanced- this gets into recipes, the more advanced, the more intricate the recipe. Learn how to convert recipes to a healthier or paleo version.
