You can cancel your subscription at any time. We do ask that you cancel by the close of business on Monday. You can do this by logging onto your account, going to orders and clicking “cancel”. You will be asked to give a reason, we won’t hold it against you, promise! You can also send us an email requesting to cancel and we will handle it for you. If you do happen to cancel in the middle of the week, we will notify you that the cancellation will take effect on the following week.

This is done if you are traveling or just need a week or two off from getting meals. Send us an email at paleonumyums@gmail.com, telling us the dates that you need to freeze…we need an end date to put in the computer. We also understand that life happens, so if you need to freeze in the middle of the week at the last minute, we will credit your account so that you don’t lose any of your hard earned money.

We hear this question a lot. Most meal prep services have specific meals that you can choose from, and most will NOT allow substitutions, which is why their options can be listed on their label. We are the ONLY meal prep company that allows you to customize and give you a variety of food and options. The idea of the business is to help you get through your days eating healthy and not having to worry if you are eating within your food parameters. If you are picky, we URGE you to give us specific food options that you would like in each meal. This is the great thing about customization.

Yes and no. Our paleo meals are the only menu items that change each week.  Every Sunday our website is blessed with the updated weekly menu to include 3 different paleo items.  These items are for pre-order and ready the following Friday.  Our grab and go is then stocked with the past weeks’ menu items and taken off the menu.

To allow you the ability to customize your meals, we put meal plans on a subscription. These auto-renew every Monday, but have no fear, you are not in a contract.  You can edit, freeze or cancel at any time.  If done over the weekend, or by Monday, we can fix it and refund you if needed.  If you request any of these options in the middle of the week, we can put a credit on your account or it will take effect the next week.

Popular paleo meals will sell out fast, especially in our busy season. Because all of our meals are made fresh, we make a limited extra.  Our customizable meal plans are made to your specifications, hence making them made to order.  Pre-ordering also helps get you in and out faster to pick up your food, we get it, your time is precious.

Yes, for up to one month. We do recommend eating the food with fresh spinach or artisan lettuce without freezing, as no one wants to eat lettuce that has been frozen and defrosted; that’s just gross.

Food is good in your fridge for 5-7 days. We give a range because we don’t know what you do with the food once you step out of our doors!

So glad you asked! Yes, we offer a free consultation where we will create you a food guide to get you started and walk you through the website. We want you to understand the process set in place for your short and long-term goals. Nutrition, health, weight control, and goals are a process. You didn’t get to this place overnight, you will not fix it overnight. We also have excellent lifestyle coaches and nutritionist to refer you to if that is something you decide is right for you.

We do too, that is why we offer them as options in our meal plans. We offer rice, quinoa, red potatoes, and oatmeal.  All other foods follow paleo guidelines and are free from gluten, dairy, and processed sugar.

Macros are a more precise way of measuring your bodies food intake.  Macronutrients are the main nutrients your body needs for survival: Protein, carbohydrates, and fats.  You can eat 1800 calories of junk food and 1800 calories of nutrient dense food (AKA Paleo Num Yums meals) and have different outcomes.  It’s because, while the same caloric intake, the macros in each set are completely different.
